REGISTRATION FEES are payable in advance. Complete the form below and submit electronically or mail by post to ELAEE 2ND Latin American Meeting on Energy Economics along with your payment. Conference registration fees can be paid by credit card, 1.- filling the registration form and sending it by fax (56-2) 354 1774 or by email to elaee@elaee.org; 2.- or by electronically by filling the registration form in http://www.elaee.org/registration.html(only in Chile) . For other forms of payment please contact elaee@elaee.org or by phone (56-2) 354 1411. Hotel and related travel costs are not included in registration fees. Registration fees include: registration material, an electronic copy of the conference proceedings and executive summaries, two lunches, one reception, one gathering event and coffee breaks. Students: Submit a letter stating that you are a full-time student and are not employed full-time. The letter should provide the name and contact information for your main faculty supervisor or your department chair and a copy of your student identification card. Cancellations are allowed if requests are received on or before February, 15, 2009 (five weeks before conferences sessions begin), but each is subject to a non-refundable $200.00 administrative fee. Requests for cancellations received after February 15, 2009 will not be honored; and in such cases no refund can be made from the original registrations to this policy. Should you be unable to attend, however, a substitution may be made to transfer your fully paid registration to another member of your organization at any time up to March,15, 2009
